has been offering management services to different businesses.
We receive inquiries from prospective
tenants, give out and explain application forms, receive application forms,
follow-up on the information in the application form, keep a record of
prospective tenants, collect rent, revenues and subsidies, maintain accounts
payable and receivable, prepare annual operating budget and financial statements,
submit all required financial reports, and many more...
We presently manage the portfolio
of the Town of Hearst Non-Profit Housing Corporation and the GinSue building,
a residential and commercial space building, for which we collect rent
and other revenues, find prospective tenants, do maintenance and upkeep,
answer tenant enquiries, maintain accounts payable and receivable, do general
bookkeeping, fill out government forms, etc.
