The Ontario Clean Water Agency is a Provincial Crown Agency that manages water and wastewater treatment facilities throughout Ontario.  Here, at CommunicAction, we monitor their facilities through a telephone dispatch system.  If something goes wrong at one of the facilities, the alarm system immediately contacts us and we, then, dispatch the proper personnel to the area.  To know more about OCWA, visit their web site at www.ocwa.com.
